The Team Nimbus Center is available for use by individuals and organizations for workshops, training sessions meetings, etc.
There are two conference rooms.

Both conference rooms are 20′x20′ and equipped with a 4′x6′ white board.  They can be configured to seat a maximum of 35 people theater style and up to 20 people with tables and chairs. One conference room (Bermuda Conference Rm.) is equipped with a ceiling mounted LCD projector.  The Team Nimbus Center also has a small kitchenette with a small microwave, refrigerator , sink and hot/cold water fountain.

Rental Fees:

  • Use of one conference room for up to 4 hours -$50.00
  • Use of one conference room for 4 – 8 hours – $100.00
  • Use of entire Team Nimbus Center (both conference rooms) for 4-8 hours -$175.00
  • Use of Ceiling mounted LCD projector -$50.00 (per use)

The following information is provided for you to use to request and reserve use of the Team Nimbus Center.

Note: When you request use of the Team Nimbus Center, you must make sure to list your name, phone number and e-mail address in the “Description” section. This is necessary to identify who is requesting use and is required to receive approval.

  • Initiate your request to use the Team Nimbus Center at least 2 days in advance.
  • Go to the Team Nimbus Center calendar below to determine if the date and time you want is available. (Remember there are two conference rooms at the Team Nimbus Center so two events must be scheduled at the same time before there to be no available space.)

If the date/time you want is available, scroll to the bottom of the calendar and click on “Add Event.”

  • In the Title section, type: Private Event – your name - room you are requesting
  • In the Description section, provide your name, your phone number and e-mail address. Then provide the expected number of attendees and if you need table and chairs or only chairs.  Also indicate if you want to rent the LCD projector (requires use of the Bermuda Conference Rm.)
  • Select the Date of the event
  • Select the Start time of the event
  • Indicate the Duration of the event
  • Click Save

Make sure you have included your name, phone number and e-mail address.  This is the only way your request is identified as yours.

If you do not receive a confirmation of your request within 24 hours contact the Team Nimbus Center directly.

When you receive your confirmation, it will include payment arrangements.
