Mastery Series Workshops

The Team Nimbus Mastery Series Workshops are designed to support Team Nimbus community members implementing key Team Nimbus concepts and systems into their businesses. There are a total of  five  workshops in the series. Each focuses on just one concept or system.  The outcome of each workshop is the participant has that concept of system implemented in their business.  So that the work gets done, each workshop is limited to only 10 participants.

Doing Business in the Sweet Spot

  • Develop your “Hedgehog” (what is unique about your business) and identify your target market and prospects.

Your Unfair Competitive Advantage

  • You will design and implement the Client Acquisition System (Woodpile System) for your business with gates and the activities and events to move prospects through those gates to become clients, advocates and raving fans.

How Many What by When?

  • You will create crystal clear targets (Way points) that align with the life and lifestyle your want and create your Rainmaker Prospecting System plan so you will know how much of what to do on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to grow your business to the size you want.

Staying Top of Mind is a Sticky Business

  • You will create your system for staying connecting with all the suspects, prospects, past and current clients in your business (D3 Marketing System) so that you are top of mind for them and more importantly, they don’t drop through the “cracks”.  That stack of business cards on your desk will finally disappear.

It’s a Pleasure Doing Business With You

  • You will leave the workshop with a plan and system in place that will transform your clients to Raving Fans on Day 1. There will be no more “I’ll get around to delighting them sometime.” They will be delighted from the start.  We don’t even  cover this in 100 Days to Abundance.

Each workshop is scheduled for 3 1/2 hours with the exception of the  How Many What by When? workshop which consist of two 3 1/2 hour sessions.
