I got a better sense of marketing and our need to find multiple channels to getting to our market. My accomplishments are more within myself and company.
George’s best advice to other small business owners:
Don’t give up. Keep your focus on what the customer wants and not what you can do. They don’t care. Customers want to know how they will be better because of their relationship with you.
