New Science Consulting designs and delivers on-site “Working While Learning” programs for mid-sized companies in the Research Triangle. “Working While Learning” means we teach and train executive leadership teams as we consult with them on the opportunities and challenges most important to them. Dr. Griggs leads New Science leadership development programs and often joins client teams as their Chief Collaboration Officer. In this capacity he helps the teams solve complex and intractable problems while developing their leadership skills in areas such as culture change, crisis management, conflict resolution, inclusive diversity and the creation of high performance work teams. Dr. Griggs also maintains a specialty in working with executives facing personal and professional crises. He provides confidential assessments and planned interventions that simultaneously serve the best interests of the company, the individuals and their families.

For the first time in my professional life I have aligned all my data, files and resources to support a specific business development plan.
I am finally clear on exactly who my target market is, what I offer them and how I engage and communicate with them.
The various systems necessary to launch my new business are coming online daily.
I am making far better use of my time as I trust my new team to handle the things I used to believe only I could do.     As a result,
