I work in business development to help small to mid-size companies or organizations with their staffing needs. Our recruiting practice is focused on emerging markets such as Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Software, as well as filling core needs in Accounting/Finance, Administrative/Clerical, and Legal Support.
What David has been up to since his participation in 100 Days to
The concept of the 212 degree relationship has really helped me over the years. While I am constantly looking to form new relationships and grow my own network, a few of the key relationships I have built over the years and continue to work on prove to be the most beneficial to me – and that’s because the work goes both ways – we’re in it for each others benefit.
The opportunity to work with new and emerging businesses in our area is very exciting. Even small, established businesses that do not operate with a edicated HR staff but still need assistance in growing their teams are great to work with.
David’s best advice to other small business owners:
You must dedicate time each week to work on your business, not just in it. Without taking the time to look at it from the outside, you’ll often miss out on key opportunities that are right in front of you.
